E-Tool is the latest melee weapon for players to use in COD: Black Ops Cold War. Like Sledgehammer, Wakizashi, and Machete, this E-tool is also a deadly weapon and it is very important for some outdoor battles.
Although it is one of the popular games, this is popular for several issues and bugs that come up frequently. One of the latest bugs experiencing by the players is E-tool is not tracking. Recently many players are reporting on various forums that a glitch related to E-tool is not working or unlocking for no reason.
Some players said that they have got a number of 3 to 5 killstreaks with various melee weapons and they stuck while unlocking E-tool at 13/15. However, other melee weapons unlocking progress working fine as normal and they don’t have any issues.
Some other players are also reporting that their e-tool progress doesn’t track even tough, they have all the requirements to unlock E-tool.
This is more frustrating, that the devs have already released a new patch for Season 5 but still, this issue persists. It seems, that they have forgotten to fix this major issue in the patch. Players have already gone out of their way to fix this problem but they failed.
However, the good news is that Treyarch has already acknowledged this issue and stated that they’re already working on it and will be fixed in the next update. But the ETA is not revealed so players have only one option and that is wait.
Hopefully, we hope that Treyarch and Raven will release a new update very soon so that the players can enjoy this game seamlessly.
