For beginners, they can’t go wrong with choosing Evil Ash, Eligos, and Henrietta. Evil Ash falls under the Necromancer class, Eligos for Puppeteer, and Henrietta as a Warlord. Choosing any of these three is a recipe for success.
As a Necromancer, Evil Ash can take possession of summoned skeletons that do most of the damage. They can do Quick Attacks, Lunge Thrusts with their spears, and Heavy Attacks. Skeletons can create combo attacks to bring down Survivors quickly. Use Ash’s unique skill to place portals and summon skeletons. You can use a basic portal first to summon basic skeletons to help you recharge your infernal energy, then spawn bosses when you are ready. This can quickly overwhelm Survivors, giving you an easy win.
Eligos as a Puppeteer class is also quite a powerful starting boss. While they may be undesirable for their hit quick, die quicker technique, where they are agile enough to put in a couple of jabs but are equally prone to perish quickly, it is their special attacks that take the cake. They can create an AoE explosion while they die to take down a couple of survivors, but sometimes this effect can miss. They can also use their warp technique to travel between survivors to put in some quick jabs, as well as turn invisible for some time. Eligos may not be perfect but is perfect for beginners for its small skill set, quick attacks, warp technique, and invisibility.
Henrietta has better AoE attack damage and also has the highest stats in damage and defense than the other two above. But because of her sluggish movement, this Warlord can be an easy target. She is powerful enough if Survivors are close to her, as her damage stats and AoE attacks make up for her slow movement, but she has no range or agility like Eligos or deals multiple, hard-hitting damage as Ash’s Skeletons. Still, beginners can benefit from her easy attacks in close combat, bringing down Survivors one by one.
