To find out the secret of Plan B in Back 4 Blood, first, you will need to complete the Hinterland mission. Fortunately, this secret comes easy in the mission so it will not take much effort to complete.

Once you leave the safe toom, you will find yourself in a small-sized stream area. Upon following the path, you will be in a trench. Before you go further, make sure to pay attention to the waterfalls.

Follow that path and drop down safely. If you’re a Boss Slayer Challenge, you have to be very careful here as you will encounter a Breaker. After beating some enemies, go to the fall and you will see your Golden Skull trophy under a shower. Interact with the trophy and it will be yours.
